✅ Cevap ve adım adım çözüm
1. Opening Remark: "Dear Sir/Madam," ile başla.
2. Introduction: yazma sebebini belirt (bozuk bilgisayar).
Cevap: Örnek: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about a computer I bought from your store last week. When I tried to turn it on at home, I realized that it didn't work at all. I went back to the store and explained the problem, but the staff said they couldn't help me because I didn't have the receipt. I think this is unfair, because the computer was faulty from the beginning and it is still under warranty. I would like you to replace the computer or give me a full refund as soon as possible. Yours faithfully, Ayşe Kaya. Benzer ifadeler de doğru kabul edilir.
Dikkat: Şikâyet mektubu resmîdir; kısaltma (can't, didn't) yerine mümkünse tam biçimleri kullan ve talebini açıkça yaz.
